Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate commercial outcomes with senior stakeholders, effectively dealing with objections to renew client agreements

- Understand client challenges and needs, providing effective solutions

- Commit to ongoing learning of LEAP features and benefits to develop product knowledge

- Utilise internal resources, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and facilitate solutions for clients

- Maximise client productivity using LEAP, confidently demonstrating new features and products at renewal

- Ensure accurate logging of client activity in Salesforce (CRM)

- Attend conferences, networking with existing and prospective clients
