We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our organization, reporting to the Director of Renewals and Sales. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will play a vital role in minimising client churn by successfully negotiating commercial terms with clients at renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Negotiate commercial outcomes with senior stakeholders, effectively dealing with objections to renew client agreements

">

- Understand client challenges and needs, providing effective solutions

">

- Commit to ongoing learning of LEAP features and benefits to develop product knowledge

">

- Utilise internal resources, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and facilitate solutions for clients

">

- Maximise client productivity using LEAP, confidently demonstrating new features and products at renewal

">

- Ensure accurate logging of client activity in Salesforce (CRM)

">

- Attend conferences, networking with existing and prospective clients

">
