Learning and Development Specialist Role

* Mapping Out Career Paths: Collaborate with department heads to map out clear and achievable career paths within the organization, helping employees set and achieve their career goals.
* Building Internal and External Training: Create and deliver both internal and external training programs, fostering continuous learning and development in alignment with business needs.
