We are seeking a highly skilled Project Supervisor to oversee quality, value for money and customer satisfaction in delivery activities. The successful candidate will coordinate project planning and delivery, support our ambition to strengthen the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop high-quality tender documents for building projects.
* Provide supervisory services for maintenance activities, including planning and delivery of projects.
* Coordinate condition assessment services, including inspections/surveys of building elements.
* Maintain a healthy and safe work environment and promote a consistent health and safety approach across workplaces.
* Promote our products and services to clients and identify opportunities for new business services.
* Manage staff performance and personal conduct, and engage stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
* Mandatory: Current Workplace Health and Safety General Safety Induction Card.
* Desirable: A construction-related trade qualification.
