Home Care Worker Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide essential care services to our elderly clients in the Swansea area. This role involves providing support to enable them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct general housekeeping and personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Assist with mobility and therapy goals, including providing complex care for customers with high care needs
* Offer social and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
* At least 3 months of experience in a similar role
* A valid Australian driver's licence and own insured vehicle
