* Bluff Road Physiotherapy and North Road Physiotherapy have serviced the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne for over 20 years and have recently expanded with a new practice in Frankston.
* We maintain a professional, friendly, and community-minded practice, ensuring a strong, loyal, and consistent clientele.
* Our practice is patient outcome-focused, within a supportive, motivating, and dynamic team, and we are looking to recruit a physiotherapist with several years of experience who shares these values.
* Our clientele are 95% private-fee paying, with a varied caseload including Sports and Spinal, Clinical Pilates, TMJ, Hydrotherapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and GLA:D for hip, knee, and lumbar osteoarthritis.
* We have strong sporting club affiliations and excellent working relationships with GPs, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, audiologists, and orthopaedic surgeons.
* Our collaborative practice involves working directly with and alongside EPs in a state-of-the-art clinical gym.
You will be well supported working with approachable and experienced clinicians and an excellent admin team. We emphasize professional development and continuous learning.
This position is ideal for a physiotherapist with several years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Due to demand, retirement of a part-time physio, and growth in our new location, this role will start as part-time with potential to quickly transition to full-time.
Experience and interest in Clinical Pilates are essential, as is a willingness to participate in directed marketing and business development activities. Skills in managing Vestibular Disorders and training in GLA:D are desirable, as is an interest in developing these areas of your practice. Capacity to prescribe and run hydrotherapy is a bonus.
The successful applicant will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate enthusiasm for physiotherapy practice within our community.
This position offers a generous commission structure.
Professional development will be supported both internally and externally, facilitated through excellent senior clinician mentoring.
The applicant must be registered with the AHPRA.
