A highly successful and expanding financial services firm is seeking a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support their CFO & senior leadership team. This is a 12MO fixed term contract, however with a huge pipeline of work there is a good likelihood of a future permanent opportunity. You are: This role will suit a Project Coordinator who can learn some EA skills or an EA who has led end-to-end business projects at scale & managed internal comms. You’re enthusiastic, switched-on & proactive with the ability to think several steps ahead and pre-empt things that need to be done. With a background supporting senior or C-level executives, you're skilled in navigating a fast-paced corporate environment and accustomed to presenting in a leadership meet, answering queries & providing direction. You're flexible and adaptable, with excellent skills in written communication and approachable & personable to be the right cultural fit. They boast an awesome culture of high-performing professionals who love what they do and they are very much a family-first environment, with flexible hours and 2 days per week in office ( Sydney or Melbourne ). The Role: As the Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to the CFO, you’ll be providing high-level business support, helping to execute initiatives, managing stakeholders, facilitating communications and also supporting the wider senior leadership team. You'll be running E2E business & strategy projects and will have the confidence to present in leadership meetings in front of a large team. You will be responsible for internal comms and whilst you have a comms partner to bounce ideas off, all the messaging will sit with you. This team has the highest engagement score in the business, therefore comms are heavy in order to stay in touch & keep the team well informed. This role will require someone super proactive, who comes to a meeting with the CFO having anticipated the likely issues and with a proposed solution to present to them. Skills / Experience / Responsibilities: Experienced Project Coordinator with EA skills or an EA who has experience delivering E2E projects Accustomed to a very fast-paced corporate environment Proactive, switched-on & adaptable Background in delivering business projects or strategic initiatives ie an L&D project Strong skills in internal communications Organise meetings, diary & travel management High proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Draft, review, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports Excellent stakeholder management skills 2 days per week in office- Syd or Melb Manage financial reports, draft CFO reports Present at leadership meets, answer queries and provide direction Ownership of spend against finance training & social budgets If this sounds like you, apply now!
