As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems.


About the Role

* Key Responsibilities:
* • Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts using manufacturer systems.
* • Manage procurement, receipt, invoicing, and returns of parts.
* • Support warehouse operations including stock control and deliveries.
* • Maintain clear communication across teams and with customers.


Requirements

* Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
* Technical skills:
* • Confident in using Outlook, Excel, Word, and parts databases.
* Logistics and warehousing experience is highly desirable.
* Valid Driver's Licence is required.
* Team player with attention to detail and proactive attitude.
