Executive Dining Establishment Manager
Our restaurant requires a seasoned hospitality professional to spearhead its daily operations, overseeing the entire dining experience from initial contact to final departure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize labour costs, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, providing regular feedback, and recognizing employee achievements.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of goals, objectives, and service standards.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety protocols, and liquor licensing regulations.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in hospitality management or a related field.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Absorbent knowledge of inventory control, staffing, and quality assurance.
* Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
* Current RSA Certificate and ability to uphold responsible serving practices.
