About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio, driving revenue growth by expanding existing relationships and securing new business. You'll develop a deep understanding of your customers' operations, projects, and future plans, enabling you to deliver tailored, value-driven equipment solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery and a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
* Deliver high-quality proposals and commercially sound solutions
* Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline and customer data in CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, industrial, mining or equipment hire industries
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
* Commercially astute with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
* Highly resilient, self-motivated and results-driven
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
