About the Role:
As the
Back of House Manager
, you'll be the go-to for all things stock.
From managing deliveries and inventory to keeping the floor replenished and ready to go — you'll make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and retail team to support a seamless customer experience, while leading the back of house operations with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stockroom operations — from deliveries to replenishment
Maintain accurate inventory levels and lead regular stock takes
Collaborate with store leadership on stock allocation and placement
Train and support the back of house team
Ensure all processes meet health, safety, and company standards
Drive efficiency and stock integrity behind the scenes
Skills & Experience:
Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or retail operations
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to lift and move stock as needed
A calm, focused approach in a fast-paced environment
A passion for retail and the role operations play in the customer journey
