**Skills & Experience required**:
- Experience in** luxury or premium** retail management
- Must be able to comfortably coach and develop a team
- Significant demonstration of successfully achieving budgets, targets & KPI's
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills
- Be brand & fashion passionate
- Exceptional personal presentation
