CORPAY is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) division. Based in our Melbourne office, this role sits within the Global Marketing team and focuses on driving customer acquisition across priority fleet segments in Australia and New Zealand.
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the acquisition strategy across SME, mid-market, and enterprise fleet segments. This role requires strong strategic thinking and commercial focus—setting direction, defining priorities, translating insight into action, and ensuring programs deliver against pipeline, CAC, and revenue outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams, you will ensure acquisition strategies set customers up for long-term value by supporting early activation, expansion opportunities, and strong handover into post-acquisition journeys.
Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, you will act as the senior acquisition lead across cross‐functional teams and play a key role in driving sustainable growth across the region.
How We Work
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home) environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Own the end‐to‐end acquisition strategy across SME, mid‐market, and enterprise fleets.
* Define target segments, value propositions, acquisition plays, and growth priorities.
* Develop and execute monthly/quarterly/annual acquisition plans aligned to revenue and pipeline.
* Work closely with sales, commercial and marketing teams to ensure acquisition strategies set customers up for long‐term value, supporting early activation, expansion signals, and retention through consistent positioning, propositions, and handover into post‐acquisition journeys.
* Lead the design and delivery of integrated acquisition programs (campaigns, vertical plays, partnerships, propositions).
* Partner with Sales to improve lead numbers, quality and conversion.
* Identify funnel friction points and drive improvements across messaging, offers and journeys.
* Own acquisition performance—CAC, pipeline contribution, ROI, and growth efficiency.
* Use customer, segment, and behavioural insights to continuously refine acquisition strategy.
* Act as the senior acquisition lead across Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills
* 8+ years of experience in a senior B2B growth, acquisition or demand marketing role.
* Relevant business/marketing degree.
* Proven track record driving strategic acquisition programs in complex B2B environments.
* Experience working with sales‐led or hybrid go‐to‐market models.
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
* Deep understanding of B2B customer journeys, segmentation, and acquisition economics.
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead through influence.
* Confident using data and insight to drive prioritisation and decision‐making.
* Strong budget management skills and commercial understanding of finance and contracts.
* Excellent CRM skills (Salesforce etc.).
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Experience in fuel, fleet, payments, mobility or regulated industries is a plus.
