The Opportunity
This full-time position is based in Shepparton Vic and will be responsible for retail customer service-related activities, including counter and phone sales, technical advice, inventory management, and day-to-day retail operations. You will liaise directly with clients, suppliers, end users, and team members.
You
* Must be customer service orientated, highly motivated with a strong interest in the irrigation market.
* Reporting to the Branch Manager, it would be beneficial for the Salesperson to have experience in:
o Providing premium level customer service and advice.
o Attending to customer enquiries and orders.
o Strong inventory management skills.
o Strong technical product knowledge.
o Knowledge of irrigation & filtration systems.
o Knowledge of fertigation and automation systems.
o Domestic, agricultural, and industrial pump knowledge.
o Well presented with excellent written and verbal skills.
o The ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
o Enjoy solving technical problems and providing solutions.
