Salary: $115,000 – $135,000 + super

• Support junior therapists, mentor junior clinicians, and drive clinical standards
• Established multidisciplinary team with a strong referral pipeline
Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics (Clinic‑Based) Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 plus bonuses
• Flexible full‑time or part‑time options
• Hybrid working with work from home mornings and clinic afternoons
• No travel required
• 100‑day structured induction and mentoring program
• $2,000 professional development allowance
• Weekly supervision and mentoring
• Large sensory gym
• See the same children each week

Occupational Therapist – Neuro‑Focused Caseload OT‑owned and operated, state‑of‑the‑art clinic
Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 + super
• Assistive technology and home modifications
• Large Occupational Therapy team
• Only 4 billable hours per day
• Options for a 4‑day week or 9‑day fortnight
• 12 RDOs per year
• Five days CPD leave annually
• Internal and external supervision
