Medical Receptionist - Full Time position.
Southwest Eye Surgeons – Bunbury Clinic with infrequent travel to Busselton, on occasion.
Are you an experienced medical receptionist who loves making a real difference for patients every single day?
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our friendly front-desk team at Southwest Eye Surgeons, a leading specialist ophthalmology practice in South Bunbury.
About the role:
* Monday to Friday. Assorted shifts between 8am and 5pm with an early afternoon finish per fortnight for errands/shopping/appts during business hours.
* Five weeks annual leave with guaranteed time off over Christmas and New Year.
* Primarily based in Bunbury, with occasional travel to our Busselton clinic

About you:
* Previous medical reception experience (specialist practice experience highly regarded)
* Confident user of Genie Medical or Medical Software preferable but not essential
* Proficiency and experienced with general computer use
* Warm, professional phone manner and excellent attention to detail
* A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
