GIS Project Manager
As a highly skilled GIS Project Manager, you will lead innovative geospatial projects and guide a high-performing team. Your expertise in managing project execution from concept through completion, ensuring technical quality, budget alignment, and client satisfaction, is crucial for our organization's success.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping our GIS practice through leadership, technical oversight, and team development. You will manage project execution from proposal to delivery, serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, supervise and mentor team members, oversee QA/QC processes, and support client development and cross-selling opportunities.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years minimum experience in the field of GIS, 5 years minimum experience with project management, advanced knowledge of GIS-related software, products, and services, knowledge and understanding of land surveying data collection methods and software, self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented, strong leadership and project management skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, knowledge of contracts, accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting, execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven track record of fostering existing client relationships, and demonstrate personal investment in your career.

This role requires a Seniority level of Mid-Senior level and Employment type of Contract. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and possess strong IT skills. We encourage referrals and offer competitive salaries ranging from $87,316.00-$150,800.00 depending on experience.
