We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is an excellent prospect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources while developing essential workplace skills. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
* Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events and recognition programs
* Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports
* Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes and compliance
* Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Job Details

* Pay: $34.22 - $37.52 per hour
* Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
* Schedule: Monday to Friday; Morning shift; No weekends; On call
