Your Opportunity
Our Digital & Information Group is expanding. We are seeking a Change Management Coordinator to join our Shared Services team. This role involves coordinating technical Change and Release Management, chairing the Change Advisory Board, and supporting Service Management functions.
About You
* Experience in Change and Release management, with ITIL knowledge.
* Ability to drive CAB processes and facilitate change approvals.
* Experience with ICT Vendor and Contract Management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
* Understanding of Software Licensing and Records Management.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow experience is advantageous).
* Experience with process improvement initiatives.
* Ability to collaborate across teams.
* Security clearance/SOCI requirements may apply.
Note: On-call duties are required, including outside normal hours.
