* Lead the development of high‐quality communication content including briefings, speeches, presentations, internal news, video content and other materials as required.
* In partnership with the Events and Corporate Engagement Manager, design and execute effective workforce engagement initiatives.
* Represent NGM Group at internal and external events and stakeholder engagements, including occasional out‐of‐hours commitments.
* Collaborate across Corporate Affairs to support NGM Group entities including the Board, Group CEO and Executive Team, and proactively identify and address communication risks.
* Build, lead and grow the capability of the internal communications team, providing clear direction, coaching and people leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and safety.
* Ensure appropriate risk and governance approaches for enterprise communication strategies, and lead accurate reporting with insights for the Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
* Maintain relevant policies and procedures, participate in business continuity activities and ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
