In addition to the Recreation Centre, the Centre Manager will also oversee the management and operation of the North Melbourne Outdoor (Seasonal) Pool (NMOP).
The pool is located approximately 200m from the Recreation Centre.About the RoleAs our fitness instructor, you will be responsible for leading Zumba Gold classes and coaching a wide range of clients.
You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes.
You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.At the NMRC, we pride ourselves on our supportive and energetic environment, and we are looking for an instructor who can bring their own positive energy to our team.

You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.Our ideal candidate is also highly organised, able to manage their time effectively, and can ensure the smooth running of our classes.
