* Permanent Clinical Nurse Manager position at a single-site residential aged care home in Perth's South Metro area.
* Lead and support the on-site clinical team; oversee care delivery, quality indicators, AN-ACC, incident management and IPC.
* Drive clinical education, mentor RNs and care staff, manage complex care needs and contribute to continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.
* Salary will be aligned with experience.
North East Role

About you
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and strong senior clinical and/or leadership experience in residential aged care.
* Thorough understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, clinical governance, audits, incident investigation and quality improvement.
* Confident people leader who can coach, educate and hold teams accountable while maintaining a supportive, person-centred culture.
* Skilled in managing complex clinical presentations, infection prevention and control, and electronic documentation systems (e.g., iCare or similar).
* Highly organised communicator who builds positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and the wider care team.
