What you'll do
As a Service Delivery Leader in our Warrnambool team, you'll:
* Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high‐quality, client‐centred services.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with regulatory standards.
* Work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans.
* Champion a positive team culture focused on continuous learning, respect, and empowerment.
* Drive service improvements to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring
As a driven and passionate leader, you'll bring:
* Experience leading and supporting teams in the disability, ageing, or community services sector.
* Strong knowledge of NDIS and/or aged care standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills with clients, families, and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and driving continuous improvement.
* Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) and required checks.
