Nespresso is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Specialist to join our Oceania IS/IT team, located in Rhodes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrating and maintaining the IT infrastructure & Services for all sites in the Australia and New Zealand market.

Your Role:
You will provide offsite and onsite IT support for all offices and Boutiques in Australia and New Zealand, including servers, network devices, workstations, printers, mobile phones, 4G/5G dongles, meeting rooms, and corporate software. You will also offer technical support and guidance to users for better understanding and optimal use of hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide offsite and onsite IT support for all offices and Boutiques in Australia and New Zealand.
- Offer technical support and guidance to users for better understanding and optimal use of hardware and software.
- Administer mobile devices using ABM and Airwatch MDM.
- Manage assigned IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual.
- Drive service improvements and initiate new processes.
- Manage IT inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of asset registration, reallocation, and disposal processes.
- Oversee IT logistics, including the purchase of hardware and software with IT manager's advice.
- Create and maintain IT infrastructure and service delivery processes and documentation.
- Write IT procedures, user guides, policies, processes, and request workflows.
- Escalate issues based on business impact and collaborate with HQ, Nestle, and vendors for resolution of issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- Manage IT security and compliance activities.
- Backup helpdesk role when necessary and assist during high workload periods.
- Offer guidance and provide training to all users on troubleshooting and optimal use of IT services.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, Windows Server 2013-2016, MS Windows 10 & 11, MS 365.
- Good knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and MS Power tools is a plus.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- Microsoft MCP, MCSA, Cisco CCNA certifications are advantageous.
