About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive medical and functional assessments for candidates undergoing pre-employment health screening, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and candidate care.
Reporting to the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Conduct pre-employment medicals and functional capacity evaluations in line with inherent role requirements
* Perform health screening tests including blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, SpO₂, vision, hearing, spirometry, urinalysis, and drug & alcohol screening (training provided)
* Accurately document findings and prepare concise clinical reports
* Maintain confidential health records in line with privacy and clinical governance standards
* Provide professional, supportive experiences for candidates and clear comms with clients and employers
* Adhering to WHS, infection control, and quality assurance procedures
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation (where applicable)
* Strong understanding of functional anatomy, workplace ergonomics, and occupational health principles
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Experience in occupational health or pre-employment medicals (desirable)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess injury risk and develop appropriate management recommendations
* Competency in Microsoft Office and injury management or clinical software
