The ideal candidate will have:
* Knowledge of planning regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
* Strong attention to detail with excellent technical drawing skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
* Experience in residential or commercial planning projects is a plus
