Role Overview
Multiple Opportunities – Schedulers – Fixed‑term contract to 30 June 2026. Candidates must hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and have Defence scheduling experience. Base location is anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Cobra.
- Implement schedule quality benchmarking and improvement initiatives.
- Provide input into project control documentation, training content, and mentoring activities.
- Assist with schedule risk integration and dependency management.
- Support schedule baseline management and configuration control processes.
- Deliver schedule assurance, reporting, and ad‑hoc SME support to project teams.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability uplift within Defence.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Active AGSVA NV1 security clearance (minimum requirement).
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in Defence environments.
- Proficiency in OPP and/or Cobra scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of project controls, schedule risk, and dependency integration.
- Ability to interpret and apply Defence project management frameworks and standards.
