This role is perfectly suited for an environment and planning lawyer, a corporate projects lawyer, resources and energy lawyer or property lawyer who is looking to join a team highly regarded across Australia. About the role:
This national projects practice is highly regarded across Australia and will see you:
* working for "explorer" clients through to large national and international resources companies both locally and internationally;
* advising on renewables as well as traditional mining and resources projects from concept to completion; and
* involved in the project life cycle from the approvals process including environmental and native title issues through to land access as well as working closely with the corporate practice.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
* a genuine interest in native title, major projects and mining work;
* 2-8 years' post admission in planning and environment law, corporate, energy and resources, projects or high end property law;
* solid academics from your LLB;
* strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box; and
* the confidence to be given a good deal of autonomy while also working closely in a team on large projects.
