Nursing Leadership Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Director of Nursing in leading the clinical team at an aged care home. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and clinical supervision skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, develop procedures for high-quality care, and lead the development of strategies for improving clinical practice and resident outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing to achieve quality improvements and excellence in clinical care.
* Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Nurses and care staff.
* Maintain strong communication and build trusting relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
* Minimum five years of nursing experience in the aged care sector, including at least two years in a management or leadership role.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Full working rights in Australia.
