RACV is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Insights to play a pivotal role in shaping data led strategy across the enterprise. This role works with senior staff across the organisation, with people leadership, ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of insight, commercial strategy and execution.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Insights & Reporting, you'll lead the development and activation of insight-driven strategies that support RACV's corporate objectives. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across portfolios to solve complex business problems, translate analysis into compelling recommendations, and support implementation. You'll also help build enterprise frameworks (segmentation, value propositions, member economics) and coach junior team members.
Key responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to drive customer led, commercially viable strategy
* Lead strategic analysis, modelling and insight generation to inform decision-making
* Develop and embed enterprise frameworks, metrics and strategic roadmaps
* Build industry and market insight to inform strategic direction
* Coach and develop strategy and insight capability within the department and broader
About you
* Degree in a relevant business discipline (e.g. Commerce, Economics, Marketing)
* 8+ years' experience in data led strategy, insights or consulting within a bluechip or complex environment
* Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and storytelling skills
* Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate in ambiguity
* Experience leading strategic projects end-to-end and developing team capability
