About the Role
PhysioChoice is seeking a friendly and organised Casual Practice Administrator to join our team at our Howrah clinic.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work in a welcoming, community-focused healthcare environment. Hours are offered on a casual basis, with a mix of planned and as-needed shifts to support the clinic.
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in creating a positive and professional clinic experience.
Our clinic also includes a hydrotherapy pool, adding some variety to the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional front desk experience
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and enquiries
* Processing payments and end-of-day balancing
* Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment
* Providing general administrative support
* Laundry and general clinic upkeep
* Providing occasional support around the clinic pool area, where applicable
About You
* Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable in a busy but supportive environment
* Confident using computers (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Reliable and consistent, with the flexibility to support the clinic when needed
* Previous admin or reception experience (preferred)
* First Aid or CPR training (desirable, but not essential)
* Any experience around pools, aquatic environments, or lifeguarding is highly regarded
