Our approach is warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involves:Manage facilities management in a Commonwealth-Owned Property within the WoAG portfolio.Develop relationships with key client staff and tenant representatives.Manage day-to-day client activities for the property.This position will assist the National Facilities Manager to deliver comprehensive services to the Entity.Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s):Engage proactively with stakeholders to meet tenant expectations.Build effective relationships across organizational levels.Facilities Management Services:Manage designated facilities.Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.Implement quality improvement practices and industry best practices.Maintain building procedures and performance measures.Meet Critical Environment (CEM) requirements.Regularly review operations for cost reduction and standards improvement.Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Financial Oversight:Ensure financial operations meet targets and control requirements.Follow financial processes diligently.Safety Responsibilities:Work safely, protecting health and safety of all.Report incidents and near misses per protocols.Site & Operations Monitoring:Recommend and implement continuous improvement practices.Provide 24/7 emergency support and site attendance.Property Database Management:Develop understanding of property management systems.Maintain accurate data for timely payments.Risk Management:Implement and maintain ORM programs.Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures.Ensure compliance with business conduct guidelines.Candidate Profile:3-5+ years in facilities or property management.Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in critical environments and facilities.Knowledge of HS&E requirements and vendor management.Technical understanding of property aspects.Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.Australian citizenship required.Attention to detail, proactive, and relationship builder.Strong communication skills.Passion for quality and adaptability.What We Offer:We embrace diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace.
