We are currently seeking a Prestart Consultant to become an integral part of our administration team, working from our Bunbury Office. You'll guide clients through selections and pre-construction documentation, this pivotal role supports clients throughout their building journey ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage new home builds through the full administrative process
* Facilitate prestart meetings, assisting clients in selecting materials, colours, and finishes
* Coordinate and complete contractual documentation
* Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience in the building industry is preferred but not essential
* Experience in, or a love of Interior Design is advantageous
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Accountability and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure
