The Role:
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You will be the face of our Kiosk, the voice behind our accommodation bookings, and a key point of contact for our stakeholders and license holders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Manning the Kiosk with a friendly, helpful attitude.
* Bookings: Managing and coordinating accommodation stays.
* Communication: Acting as a bridge between the business, our license holders, and external stakeholders.
* Administration: Handling essential data entry to keep operations running smoothly.
* Basic computer skills are required for data entry and administrative tasks.
