Role Overview

We are looking for a part‐time Sales Coordinator to help our members get the best value from Bupa Health Insurance and to provide personal, customer‐first service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customers' needs, and showcase the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
• Work within the wider community to develop business and community‐based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
• Assist existing Bupa members in day‐to‐day transactions.
• Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
• Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
• Educate members on all the benefits they can access.

Hours & Compensation

Part‐time position – **** hours/week, including Saturdays. Full‐time training during the first 4–6 weeks. Salary: $***** plus super, bonuses pro‐rata, and benefits, including health insurance. Start date: 6 July.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales experience.
• Driver's licence.
