About your new role:
In this hands-on and varied leadership role, you will step into the Project Administration & Office Manager position within the high-performing Distribution Solutions Division. You will oversee project administration and order handling processes while leading a team of 4 dedicated administration professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting Project Managers and Controllers with financial and project reviews, forecasting, and governance compliance.
• Maintaining and improving project cost review documentation and SAP reporting.
• Managing order handling, billing, and administration workflows.
• Leading and mentoring a small team, supporting performance management and HR development.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR) and assisting with internal/external audits and ad-hoc initiatives.
About you:
You are a proactive and well-rounded professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You will bring:
• A relevant degree (Business, Commerce, or Project Management) or equivalent industry experience (10+ years).
• Strong knowledge of SAP (PS and SD modules) with experience in order processing and invoice management.
• A background in project-based operations and/or financial administration.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Power BI is a bonus).
• Proven experience managing a small team and working cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with initiative and integrity.
