Overview
Join Endeavour Group as a Customer Service Consultant (NSW). This Christmas Casual position offers 15-25 hours per week during the busy period, with shifts between 9:00 and 21:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00 to 20:00 Sunday. The role is fully remote, with training in the Surry Hills office.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming chat queues, taking no more than two chats at once to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver memorable customer experiences and drive positive outcomes for customers.
- Be the first point of contact for customers; assist with tracking deliveries, processing orders, website issues, pricing queries, refunds or cancellations, and more.
- Use internal systems to obtain outcomes for customers.
- Work remotely as part of a supportive team.
What we need from you
- Based in NSW with availability for a full week of training in the Surry Hills office.
- Available 9:00–21:00 Mon–Sat and 10:00–20:00 Sun; able to work 15-25 hours across these times.
- Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
