**About the Role**
This role is based at our Adelaide campus. Performing a key support function to our students on a daily basis, handling administrative functions to support the reporting of results, enrollment of students, supporting documentation for their studies, and ensuring engagement via outstanding service and support for all students.
- Key Responsibilities include:_
- Handling student enquiries
- Supporting Reception Functions
- Ensuring correct Enrollments into Units
- Publishing of Academic Results
- Supporting Welcome Day, Orientation Day & Graduation Services
- Monitoring and Maintaining Data on Student Platforms

- Exceptional Communicaton Skills
- Please note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired for this role, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed by Acknowledge Education. If you have a current VIT Provisional Registration or Teacher Registration, you would not require a separate WWCC.
