Job Title: Human Resources Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in human resources management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to portfolio managers and supporting workforce planning, change management and employee relations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR services to portfolio managers and support the development of HR management capability.
* Support workforce planning, change management and employee relations processes.
* Develop, promote and maintain positive relationships with management, staff, industrial bodies and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience in Employee Relations and/or Human Resources management in a large organisation.
* Proven ability to apply knowledge of employment legislation to provide sound advice on matters related to NSW Health Awards, Policies and procedures.
* A person-centred approach to Human Resources Management, supporting the timely resolution of sensitive HR matters.
Work Environment:
This role provides services to Coffs Clinical Network and Aboriginal Health and Primary Partnerships Directorates.
