About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Construction Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of site‑based projects. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with contractual, commercial, and HSEQ requirements. With responsibility for managing internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll foster strong performance, clear communication, and a positive, values‑driven culture. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, supporting continuous improvement, mitigating project risks, and driving operational excellence across all phases of delivery.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing site personnel in line with company policies, ensuring all team members and contractors hold the required skills and qualifications.
Leading and supporting the team through continuous performance management, coaching, and development planning.
Forecasting resource requirements and managing operating costs to meet financial targets.
Overseeing site‑based project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflow.
Maintaining strong commercial and risk management practices, including documentation, audits, and timely issue escalation.
Developing and strengthening stakeholder relationships through effective communication, reporting, and customer engagement.
Ensuring full compliance with OHS, quality, and environmental standards across all site activities.
Identifying business development opportunities and communicating them to operational leadership.
About You
