We are seeking a proactive and organised Construction Administrator / Document Controller to support our project teams and help build internal systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction admin or document control, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
* Site Mobilisation Support: Assist with site mobilisations and HR duties.
* Register Maintenance: Maintain registers and support project managers with procurement and supplier coordination.
* New System Implementation: Help roll out new systems and software.
* Reporting and Form Preparation: Prepare simple reports and forms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in construction admin or document control (civil preferred)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence using Excel and Word
* Practical mindset and ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
