A leading independent advisory and investment firm is seeking an ambitious Analyst/Associate to join its high-performing Corporate Advisory team. Responsibilities
- Take on a client-facing role supporting both origination and execution of transactions.
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, debt, equity and hybrid capital structuring, capital management, and risk advisory.
- Work directly with senior advisors and clients to deliver bespoke solutions on complex and high-profile mandates.
- Build strong client relationships and develop sophisticated financial models that incorporate funding, valuation, tax and accounting considerations.
- Prepare board-quality presentations and reports.
- Play a key role in due diligence, structuring, negotiations and contribute to idea generation across the firm’s advisory offering.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in corporate advisory, capital markets, transaction services, financial modelling or M&A.;
- Experience gained within a Big 4 firm, boutique advisor or investment bank is highly regarded.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication, sound commercial judgment and a proactive, collaborative approach.
