We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who can sit right in the middle of complex digital change, across internal teams, agile squads, and our outsource administrator, and make sure things land.
You’ll own delivery from concept through to execution, bringing structure, pace and focus to large-scale digital change while working across multiple Digital Transformation programs with project managers, agile squads and business leaders to keep delivery aligned, transparent and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive day to day delivery across complex digital initiatives, plans, actions, dependencies, risks
* Work across multiple programs to align scope, schedules and priorities
* Run workshops, ceremonies and planning sessions that produce decisions
* Be the bridge between business and technology
* Set up and refine delivery frameworks, sprint cadences and governance
* Spot delivery hotspots, risks and issues early
* Track delivery performance - velocity, quality, adoption, ROI and campaign best practice agile delivery across squads, partner and stakeholders
What you will bring
* Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex digital or technology initiatives
* Strong risk and issue management - you see problems coming
* The ability to manage internal and external senior stakeholders, set expectations, and keep everyone aligned
* Experience leading and mentoring delivery or technical teams in high-pressure environments
* Solid working knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
* Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
