Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project schedules, transition plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in alignment with customer requirements.
* Analyze tender data, write project-related content, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support bid responses.
* Estimate project costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Monitor project performance through metrics and SLAs, manage risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Handle change management, requirements mapping, and gap analysis in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements:
This role requires 1-2 years of project management experience with an interest in developing expertise in scheduling and risk within government contracting. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
