Key responsibilities include:
* Source and create sustainable career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable roles that enhance their skills and well-being.
* Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
* Engage and collaborate with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
* Broker work experience to build participant skills, assess employer-client compatibility, and facilitate seamless transitions.
* Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants by implementing adjustments and disability confidence training.
* Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion, promoting a culture of acceptance and empowerment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community networks to create job opportunities that align with participant aspirations.
* Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals, fostering long-term success and fulfillment.
* Meet or exceed performance benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
