Trainee Pool Service Technician
Neptune Swimming Pools builds some of Melbourne’s most technically advanced and visually striking residential pools. We are not a volume maintenance company. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Trainee Pool Service Technician to join our expanding service division. This is a hands-on technical role offering long-term career progression within one of Victoria’s most established pool builders.
The Opportunity
Working alongside our Senior Technicians, you will learn how to install, commission and service premium pool systems across newly completed projects and existing client pools. This role is ideal for a recent school leaver or someone looking to begin a trade-based career in a technical, outdoor environment. You will receive structured on-the-job training and mentoring as you develop your skills.
Your Responsibilities (Training Provided)
* Assisting with installation of filtration, heating and cleaning systems
* Supporting low voltage wiring and equipment commissioning
* Pool start-ups and chemical balancing
* Regular maintenance and system checks
* Assisting with diagnostics and service repairs
* Supporting client handovers
* Maintaining documentation and reporting standards

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Current driver’s licence (essential)
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
