Requirements
* Hold tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or equivalent, with extensive experience applying NSW planning and related legislation (minimum 5 years).
* Demonstrate high-level organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Be proficient in digital planning tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and electronic records management.
