OOLIO is on a mission to help hospitality operators thrive – with smarter tools, better systems, and a team that gets what running a venue is about. We're already powering some of the most iconic spots in Australia and now we're ramping things up in Sydney. We are looking for a hospitality gun who lives and breathes the industry but is ready to take their career in a new direction – one that's all about helping venues succeed through great technology. You will join our established Sydney sales team and work closely with them to fly the OOLIO flag, build strong relationships with venue owners, and bring in new business. Think local operators, multi-site groups, and everything in between, you will be the one showing them how our solutions can simplify their operations, increase their margins, and give them time back.
Who You Are.
* You've got solid hospitality creds – either on the floor, behind the bar, or as a venue manager
* You've lived it. You know first-hand how venue operations can make or break the service. You've been in the thick of it and felt the pain when systems fail.
* You get it. You've worked the front lines, understand the frustrations, and are driven by a curiosity to solve the root problems—not just patch symptoms.
* You care. You genuinely want to listen, support, and elevate the industry using both smart tech and your real-world experience.
* You're confident in your ability to open doors and build a name for yourself
* You've got a genuine interest in tech and how it can help hospo businesses
* You are team-oriented – you like sharing wins, ideas and the occasional knock-off
What You'll Be Doing.
* Having real conversations with venue owners, operators and decision makers
* Running product demos and tailoring solutions to each customer's needs
* Building a network of local operators, suppliers, and partners who open doors
* Learning the Oolio Way, selling hospo tech into hospo venues.
* Working with your sales pod to generate and win business
* Managing your pipeline and CRM (we use HubSpot)
* Staying plugged into what's happening across the Melbourne hospitality scene

* Experience with P.O.S or hospitality tech
