We are now looking for a passionate and energetic Settlements Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be joining the busy Novated Sales business, supporting our Leasing Consultants, and playing a critical role in helping us achieve our sales targets. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, and coordinating settlements. You will be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process, providing them and internal stakeholders with feedback and updates.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile and process all required documentation to facilitate settlement.
* Generate settlement packs and manage external financiers.
* Guide clients through the settlement process.
* liaise with clients regarding their proposal and lease documents.
* Manage relationships and expedite the return of necessary documents.
Qualifications & Experience
* A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a busy environment.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service and/or sales orientated role.
* Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment; be proactive, take action and seize opportunities to promote new ideas and solve problems.
* High level of written and verbal communication skills.
* High‐level attention to detail.
