Job Summary
Lead change communications for a large-scale, complex platform transformation and deliver clear, aligned internal and external communications at pace across multiple stakeholder groups.
Job Type: Max Term Full Time, 12 months.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Senior Change Communications Manager to plan and execute end-to-end change communications for a large-scale platform transformation.
* Develop and deliver integrated internal and external communication plans aligned to the overall transformation strategy.
* Manage communications working groups across customer segments to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Create and maintain the change narrative, key messages and supporting materials across the initiative.
* Design and deliver internal communications such as showcases, webinars, town halls, briefing packs, FAQs and intranet content.
* Support external communications for customers, advisers and employers in collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
* Work closely with program, enterprise change, technology and vendor partners to stay aligned to delivery milestones.
* Engage senior internal stakeholders and program leaders to drive clarity, confidence and commitment.
* Monitor effectiveness of communications and adapt approach in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications / What You Bring to This Role
* Extensive experience in senior-level change communications roles, either internal, external or both.
* A strong track record delivering communications for large-scale, complex transformation or technology programs.
* Experience working within Financial Services, Banking or regulated environments is highly regarded, although not essential.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging messages.
* Proven experience working at pace, managing multiple streams of work and competing priorities.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, program teams, Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
* A collaborative, pragmatic approach and confidence to operate within high-profile change initiatives.
