We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our Mackay store. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in the luxury jewellery and watch market. Successful candidates can look forward to long-term career growth, with opportunities for progression. While a minimum of three years of jewellery/watch retail experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing expenses
* Overseeing recruitment, training, and development
* Coaching and managing team performance
* Ensuring store presentation is consistently excellent
* Ensuring operational efficiency
* Possessing in-depth product knowledg
